Key areas have been made smaller for increased comfort, and ball joint flex support is now more reliable with improved wire feed. There have also been significant upgrades to the burner neck. The GXe burners have a new gas-cooled G-neck with a strong, robust structure and a new rotation mechanism for increased durability. Neck bend angles and wire line have also been optimized to reduce wire feed flow disturbances, resulting in more stable arc performance and more accurate welds.

MMT guns are suitable for a wide range of applications in terms of materials and tasks.

PMT 52W is a water-cooled gun for demanding welding up to 500 A. The gun is available in 2 lengths, 3 or 4.5 meters. The gun has EURO coupling. As an accessory, remote control RMT10 can be easily connected to control Fastmig X, among others.

The MinarcMig EVO 170 is made to carry around. Connects to 220V 16A slow, If splice cable is used, its diameter must be at least as large as the diameter of the mains cable (3 x 2.5 mm²). The splice cable may be a maximum of 50 m. The machine can also be used with an electric power plant. The power plant's output must be at least 4.2 kVA. Recommended power is 8.0 kVA if the machine is to be used at maximum power. The machine is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, but should be protected from heavy rain and strong sun. We recommend operating temperature in the range -20 °C - +40 °C.

The machine is delivered ready for use with 0.8 mm Fe wire. The machine can be used with a 5 kg (diameter 200 mm) or 1 kg (100 mm) bobbin.

The MinarcMig Evo 200 has great MIG/MAG welding capacity and quality in its portable and compact size. Choose either automatic or manual setting mode for precise weld quality and arc ignition, monitored and regulated by Kemppi's adaptive arc control. PFC technology means optimal energy efficiency with a power factor of 0.99. Large graphic interface helps the user with setting and in automatic mode only the plate thickness is set and you can then start welding. Material choices include iron, stainless steel, aluminum and CuSi fillers, catering for a wide range of industrial applications. As additional material, you can use Fe wire (homogeneous wire or tube electrode), SS, Al or CuSi wire in the machine. The Fe wire diameter can be 0.6mm, 0.8mm, 0.9mm or 1.0mm. However, the machine's welding properties are optimized at a diameter of 0.8 mm on the Fe wire. SS wire diameter can be 0.8mm, 0.9mm or 1.0mm. Al wire 1.0mm and CuSi wire 0.8mm, 0.9mm and 1.0mm. The machine is factory set for use with filler wire that has a diameter of 0.8 mm. If you mainly use Al or SS wire, we recommend replacing the wire guide with one of Kemppi's plastic wire guides.
Connects to the mains or a power plant. Can be used effectively with extra long splice cables more than 100 meters long 3 x 2.5 mm². The output power of the power plant must be at least 4.2 kVA, and the recommended output power 8.0 kVA for the machine to be used at maximum capacity.
The machine is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, but should be protected against rain and sunshine. 1 kg and 5 kg bobbins can be used.
